Companies that are registered with 1SQM By Dantata and that have no purchase history over three years shall be deactivated. 1SQM By Dantata may require new registration documentation from suppliers in case a new business opportunity appears.

Vendor Information Portal
All vendors interested in conducting business with One Square Meter by Dantata (1sqmbyDantata) must complete the Vendor Disclosure form in order to be considered for partnership.
Vendor Information portal is repository where approved/prospective suppliers can have access to 1sqmbyDantata supplier registration requirement and information on all mandatory/Regulatory information as it relates to 1sqmbyDantata suppliers. The repository would ensure that our suppliers have access to the requisite 1sqmbyDantata on-boarding information and documents such as the underlisted:
- 1sqmbyDantata Third Party Code of Conduct online form
- Vendor Related Party Disclosure online form
- Proposed 1sqmbyDantata Sustainability Code
- Gift Policy, Whistleblowing channels and support mailbox information
- All necessary Regulatory requirements by vendors
- All frequently Asked question on iVendor Portal
- Vendors Due Diligence Questionnaire
Required documentation for Approved Vendor Registration/On-boarding
- Letter of proposal indicating the scope of business
- A copy of Certificate of Incorporation (original to be presented for sighting).
- A copy of memorandum & Articles of Association for limited Liability Company (original to be presented for sighting) and Form 3 for other Businesses.
- Passport photograph and profile of the Prime Movers/Directors of company seeking registration
- Valid Tax clearance certificate (Original required for sighting)
- VAT Registration letter/Tax Identification Number (Original required for sighting)
- Reference/Evidence of previous contracts executed
- Audited Financials statement for the last 3years
- Valid License/Permits to operate as applicable to your line of business

Please send an email to ivendor@1sqmbydantata.com with details of the PO number and the issue about the delay. Vendor can also login to their portal to accept/confirm their PO.
- 1SQM By Dantata payment terms are within 30days from date of invoice submission on iVendor (provided there are no errors that require invoice re-submission).
- The vendor needs to raise and submit their invoices online via iVendor portal or hardcopy invoice submission to enable our payment team process the payment.
- Please contact ivendor@1sqmbydantata.com via email if you encounter any challenge in invoice submission.
For iVendor:
1. Input username and use the login assistance for password reset
2. If username or password is forgotten and any other challenge/issue, please send an email to ivendor@1sqmbydantata.com (Please also attach screenshot of error message).
A proposal can be submitted to ivendor@1sqmbydantata.com.
Issuance of WHT credit note is the exclusive to FIRS. FIRS has automated the process and vendors can now access this information through the FIRS portal. Vendors may also need to visit FIRS to perfect their registration on the platform.
Notifications are from the FIRS portal which is managed by the FIRS. 1SQM By Dantata duly remits any tax deducted from suppliers’ transactions with the FIRS.
To assure that our suppliers still have the requisite capability and experience to deliver on quality goods and services that meet the requisite One Square Meter by Dantata standards.
