Here at 1SQM/Dantata, we wouldn’t be where we are today without every member of our team. Each person who works at our company plays a specific role, and each of these roles come together to make up the cohesive whole that is 1SQM By Dantata. Due to our multi-disciplined approach to our job, we have a lot of specialized workers.
From marketers to construction engineers, you’ll find all sorts of experts on our team, and each of them is dedicated to making the best possible product for you. No matter the project, every member of our team is ready and willing to take the initiative to ensure that our results are unique and revolutionary.
The Management Team
Oluwatosin holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Architecture from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and a Master of Environmental designs (M.Ed.) from the University of Lagos. An alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where he obtained a MBA, he is a professional entrepreneur with passion for
business development and management.
Arc. Bolaji is an Executive Director and doubles as the Chief Executive Officer Dantata 1SQM motivating a cross sectional team of young professionals in a highly competitive industry that requires continuous improvement.
Abdulhamid have in-depth expertise in strategy, negotiation, project design, property management, business development, crisis, and change management. He has in depth passion for the real estate industry.
Abdulhamid holds a B.Eng. (Civil) bachelor degree from the Bayero University, Kano. He worked with First Bank of Nigeria Ltd for more than 15 years.
Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
