Terms and Guidelines
AFFILIATE REFERRAL FEES AND COMMISSIONS
It is hereby clarified that not only a Referral Commission Fee of up to 5.0% of the Invoiced amount only from a Product(s) is payable to the Affiliate on the subscribers’ initial deposit (as determined in % by 1sqmbyDantata) of such Referred Request. Also, for every subsequent agreed installment payment(s) thereafter, which the Referred User continues to make for that particular Subscribed Product, a Referral Fee of up to 5.0% of the revenue from the Product(s) is payable to the Affiliate.
- The Affiliate will be entitled to a commission of 5% on any property in a situation where the affiliate single handedly closes the transaction. In a situation where the transaction falls into debt recovery, the affiliate will receive 3%.
- In a situation where the affiliate gives the lead to the company for transaction closure, the Affiliate receives 3% commission.
- The Affiliate will be entitled to a commission of between1-3% on the amount raised for project investment.
- The Affiliate will be entitled to a commission of between 1-5%on the agreed land value for a Joint Venture project.
- All commissions due to be paid shall be subject to a 5% With holding Tax (WHT) deduction for individuals and 10% WHT for corporate organizations.
- It should be noted that the commission will be on monies paid by a client at a time.
- In the case of a discount sale, the commission paid will be subject to the discretion of 1SQMBYDANTATA (between 1-5%).
- 1SQMBYDANTATA reserves the right to restructure the commission on any of the properties/products as it deems fit.
- An Affiliate is only entitled to the commission of the client that he/she introduced. Where the client of the Affiliate introduces another client, the commission will either be claimed by the client or remain for 1SQMBYDANTATA.
- The Affiliate assigns the account details herein to receive all commission payments from 1SQMBYDANTATA.
- For every new Referred Subscription for our product(s) and subject to the compliance of the Affiliate with the provisions of this Agreement, Affiliate shall be entitled to receive Affiliate Fees in accordance with the Referral Fees established in Section 8.5.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing Section 8.1, in the event that any Referred User purchases a new Product(s) through the Affiliate’s Tracking Codes, and such purchase is subject to Special Sale Terms, the Affiliate Fees payable to the Affiliate (if any) shall be subject to and reduced in accordance with the discount or other special benefits applicable to the Product(s) under the Special Sale Terms.
- During the Term of this Agreement, 1sqmbyDantata shall keep track of any Referred Request by attaching such Request a Tracking Code which will be used for proper tracking and Commission Fee accrual to the Affiliate.
- 1sqmbyDantata is entitled to grant additional rewards to any of its affiliates, at the sole discretion of 1sqmbyDantata.
- It is hereby clarified that not only a Referral Commission Fee of 0% of the Invoiced amount only from a Product(s) is payable to the Affiliate on the subscribers’ initial deposit (as determined in % by 1sqmbyDantata) of such Referred Request. Also, for every subsequent agreed installment payment(s) thereafter, which the Referred User continues to make for that particular Subscribed Product, a Referral Fee of still 5.0% of the revenue from the Product(s) is payable to the Affiliate.
- Referral Commission Fees are credited to the Affiliate’s Wallet once 1sqmbyDantata receives Subscription payment from the Affiliate’s Referred Subscription, either for the first time subscription or subscription installment payment
